The character is Misa Hayase (also named Lisa Hayes) from the anime Macross.

This is an arcade game cabinet for my home. Finished arcades look like this: http://arcadesrfun.com/products/4-player-37-inch-lcd-home-arcade-game/

The story of Macross is a love triangle and the two main girls are Minmay (I have her on my arcade on the left panel) and Misa Hayase which is the ones I would like you to do for the right panel.

I would like the face and the pose to be just like in the box illustration, so its is very similar to Minmay's pose, but I'd like to make a few changes to the colors used to make the illustration more lively. Misa Hayase always wears WHITE as the main color of her uniform (not grey), her uniform usually has BLUE trim (not orange) and the three stripes on her chest is three RED lines (earlier in the character life she only had only one blue line).
