I proposed a rough draft based on the photographic materials you sent me and the interviews we had in the project room. We will continue to make further revisions based on the first rough draft. Since this is an analog illustration, we made revisions down to the finer details to avoid any revisions after completion.

Since it was an analog illustration, I reported the progress by sending pictures. The finished product was waterproofed and reinforced with cardboard, and delivered by courier so that it would arrive at the specified date and time.
