Since you have to take 100 questionnaires, please design it so that customers will want to answer the questionnaire. It's okay to include characters and photos. * The design of the attached document "Request for cooperation in the questionnaire" cannot be changed according to the regulations of the head office, but the agency will create its own questionnaire request leaflet with a new design and mail it. ● Delivery file specifications: File format: PDF Size: A4 Double-sided / Single-sided / Fold: 1 sheet Printing company: In-house copy machine (invertical printer) Documents We will submit a request for cooperation in the questionnaire provided by the head office as an attached document. If you can use photos on our website, you can use them. If you have any necessary photos, please contact us and we will provide them to the extent possible. ● Comments on other creators We are giving away a lottery every month to those who answered the questionnaire, so we are looking for bright and pop designs that will draw attention to that area.
