Transfer copyright to the Client(The Artist will NOT exercise her/his moral rights)

There are "Disaster Temporary Mental Health Team" and "DPAT" where psychiatrists and others perform mental care at the time of disaster. This time we are looking for a design that surrounds DPAT. If the spirit comes to mind and the heart comes up and it is still the best it is good, but I thought that various ideas could be obtained from different industries and I opened a competition.
